3. When our company makes correction, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or decides not to make correction, etc., our company will notify the user thereof without delay.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information)

Our company will conduct the necessary investigation without delay if the principal requests suspension of use or deletion (hereinafter referred to as “suspension of use, etc.”) of personal information for the reason that it is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or that it has been acquired by wrongful means.
2. If our company determines that it is necessary to respond to the request based on the results of the investigation set forth in the preceding paragraph, our company will make suspension of use, etc. of the personal information without delay.
3. When our company makes suspension of use, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or decides not to make suspension of use, etc., our company will notify the user without delay.
4. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, in cases where suspension of use, etc. would require significant cost, or where suspension of use, etc. is difficult, and if necessary alternative measures can be taken to protect the rights and interests of the user, such alternative measures shall be provided.

Article 9 (Changes to Privacy Policy)

1. The contents of this Policy may be changed without notice to users, except for laws and regulations or other matters otherwise provided in this Policy.
2. Unless otherwise specified by our company, the amended Privacy Policy shall become effective upon posting on this website.
